Organically grown berries baked to perfection & topped w/ our Tahitian Vanilla ice-cream. Baked to order.

Peach Tart Tatin

Baked to order w/ a caramel sauce & served w/ a crème fraiche ice cream.

Apple Strudel

Organic fuji apple w/ plum wine baked in a crispy fillo dough. Served w/ our own caramel sauce.

Chocolate Cake

Molten chocolate cake w/ vanilla ice cream and a Bailey’s Irish Cream sauce. Baked to order.

Cheesecake

Made w/ mascarpone & yuzu (Japanese citrus essence). Very moist & rich.

Panna Cotta

Silky smooth & creamy w/ wine poached strawberries.
